It&#8217;s okay, we&#8217;ve all been there. It&#8217;s easy to throw the responsibility on whoever is &#8220;talking to the client.&#8221;  <br\/>But here comes the truth I want to say loud and clear: they are responsible for the actions, not the results. Yes, you read that right. Who decides in the end? The client.   <br\/>Your salespeople can put on an amazing show, charm clients with talent, energy, and knowledge. But at the end of the day, the one who decides the outcome \u2013 it&#8217;s not them. It&#8217;s the client. He&#8217;s the one who signs, he&#8217;s the one who decides whether to go for it or not.   <br\/>So what do we do?
