Who is really responsible for the results of your deals?

By: Naomi Zeltzinger Jacobowitz

Think about it for a moment – how many times have you thought that your employee, telemarketer, or salesperson is responsible for the deal’s results? It’s okay, we’ve all been there. It’s easy to throw the responsibility on whoever is “talking to the client.”
But here comes the truth I want to say loud and clear: they are responsible for the actions, not the results. Yes, you read that right. Who decides in the end? The client.
Your salespeople can put on an amazing show, charm clients with talent, energy, and knowledge. But at the end of the day, the one who decides the outcome – it’s not them. It’s the client. He’s the one who signs, he’s the one who decides whether to go for it or not.
So what do we do? Simple – lead with power!

We bring energy to the actions – ensuring every action is precise, professional, and full of fire.
We create a real connection with the client – because people buy from people, not from machines.
We do it with a smile and a wink – because business is done with enjoyment, even when it comes to serious decisions.
Remember, the one responsible for the result is not the phone, not the emails, and not the salesperson (even though he’s awesome!). At the end of the day, the client is the one who makes the choice, and our job is to lead him there in the best way possible!
