In order to create a good telemarketing telemitting call and have the confidence to make it without fearing the questions that will come,
several parameters need to be maintained:
Knowledge – Enthusiasm – Belief in the Product – Preparation
Before we create a call with a potential client, it is mandatory to have a blank sheet of paper and a writing instrument in front of us,
in order to write down the relevant details and to avoid overloading the brain with too much information.
1. Knowledge – provides confidence without fearing what they will ask me, clarifying relevant details before creating the call.
Know where you are coming from and where you are going!
2. Enthusiasm – this is a state of being that each of us should be in as much as possible!!! One of the most important things
is to create a call when you are enthusiastic. People tend to be swept up by genuine enthusiasm from “the heart.”
The spirit of enthusiasm is especially good for the first 10 seconds, and afterward the enthusiasm will continue to exist in the call but
possibly in different doses. Therefore, it is important to do something you truly love, and of course in combination with knowledge.
3. Belief in the Product – an obligation to act, a long-term perspective that will bring profit.
* Writing down objections on paper, when you have all the answers to them.
* Thinking and getting into the client’s head.
4. Preparation – for the call is basic conduct, including several organizational elements:
• Appearance – how you look visually, your personal feeling is conveyed to the client and not in words, therefore you need to do
anything that will give you the feeling of: “I feel good about myself,” dress nicely, wear fragrance, and more…
• There is an obligation for a systematic approach while setting boundaries. Structured business conversational conduct
that produces actual results.
Telemarketing telemitting activity is the arm that brings money into the organization,
and when done correctly, leads to a thriving business.
• Preparation for proper sitting – upright facing the client, a blank sheet in front of you with a writing instrument, in order to write down details
that are said in the conversation and you wish to respond to them after listening to the client, ideas, and more…
Do not forget: before business, we are human beings!
• Setting boundaries with clients – Proper time management, valuing your time as a business or project manager,
which leads to very clear expectation alignment while meeting your own expectations, while defining time and goal in advance and of course
checking their execution!
For example: when you are conversing with a client who starts telling joke after joke or some story
and slowly distracts you from your goal, you should respond: “The story is interesting and fascinating, I would be happy to continue at another time
, now, let’s focus on the subject for which I called….”
• Pleasant work environment for work – the foundation for creating productive work and employee performance
such as:
– A suitable and comfortable chair and desk for their work.
– A pleasant atmosphere that the employee brings with them to the workplace.
